The Hoots of PreK B participated in the Run In Schools Day and we had the pleasure of running with our 4th grade buddies!
We all started by learning which hand to hold our relay baton in.
Then we ran as fast as we could around the field, look at them go!
Then we handed our baton off to our 4th grade buddy who then ran their lap.

We celebrated our awesome run by making a healthy apple treat, applesauce!
Who knew that apples, water, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon could taste so good and that we could make it ourselves?!
Cook on high for a few hours and Voila! Delicious homemade applesauce.
